Absolutely TERRIBLE! Laini Carrington gave me a comp on 995 Santa Theresa that was not in the community where Subject home was, plus comparable is 800 sq feet smaller inside, and the lot was 2200 sq feet smaller, and mine was on a golf course with a club house, a pool, and on owned land, with annual HOA fees not more than $100. HUGE DIFFERENCE IN VALUE!!! Total waste of my time.

Why We Show the Comparables
The one-star review is about a valuation: the reviewer felt the comparable sale used for their home was the wrong one, in a different community and on a smaller house and lot. Disagreements like that are the reason each written offer from us comes with the sales we compared the house against and the repair costs we deducted, so you can point to a better comparable before you decide, not after.
